Sharing with Pharrell Williams and Geraldine Chaplin  «Reincarnation» poster, the video imagined and directed by Karl Lagerfeld to support the collection of Crafts Paris-Salzburg 2014/15 of Chanel, Cara Delevingne appears, as the Empress of Austria Sissi, in a long corseted dress, with thickened brown hair extensions in which white camellias, the floral emblem of Chanel, replace the diamonds. The film returns to “the origins of the Chanel jacket, inspired by that worn by the elevator operator in a hotel near Salzburg in the 1950s” and also mentioned another time, during a dream sequence where the portraits of Winterhalter live for a one night time. Karl Lagerfeld said: “There was no alternative provided for characters in the film.” The waltz of Cara Delevingne and Pharrell Williams who plays alternately Emperor Franz Joseph and elevator man illustrates his point. Karl Lagerfeld staged a “modern royal couple.” Pharrell Williams described the experience as “a royal day.” When the “modern royal couple” finally performed his duet version of “CC The World”, a song composed and written by Pharrell Williams for Chanel, the entire plateau press to see it. Karl Lagerfeld’s wishes were simple: “I want an Austrian music, but with something of your musical world,” recalls Pharrell Williams.
