Inauguration of Beirut Art and Beirut Design Fairs

Minsiter Ghattas Khoury inaugurating Beirut Art Fair in the presence of Laura d’Hauteville and other members from the organisation committee.

 

The 8th edition of Beirut Art Fair was inaugurated yesterday at Biel, in the presence of a wide public of art lovers and personalities. The exhibition will run until September 24th, showcasing works of local and international artists.

In parallel to Beirut Art Fair and under the patronage of HE minister of Economy Raed Khoury, the inauguration of the first Beirut Design Fair was held yesterday at BIEL, Hall 3.

Guillaume Tasle d’Héliand, founder and director of the show, Hala Moubarak, co-founder and director of relations, insisted that: «With a geostrategic position at the intersection of East and West, Beirut is the  meeting place for innumerable concepts and designs, and is the irrefutable center for many designers and creations…»

Beirut Design Fair is one of Lebanon’s best signatures gathering designers, brands, galleries, distributors and exceptional craftsmen until September 24th.
