Pourquoi avez-vous choisi pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce domaine?<\/em><\/strong> Je me sens dans mon \u00e9l\u00e9ment quand je cuisine, je me sens bien\u2026 Ma passion culinaire s\u2019est \u00e9veill\u00e9e naturellement au cours des ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es, lorsque je concoctais dans ma cuisine des petits plats pour ma famille et mes amis, et suivais des cours de cuisine. Guid\u00e9e par cette passion, j\u2019ai ouvert mes restaurants.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quel plus votre formation d\u2019assistante sociale a-t-elle apport\u00e9 \u00e0 votre carri\u00e8re dans la restauration?<\/em><\/strong> Cette formation m\u2019adonn\u00e9 la patience et la tol\u00e9rance.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Parlez-nous de vos nouveaux restaurants&#8230;<\/em><\/strong> Situ\u00e9 au c\u0153ur du Centre-Ville, mon r\u00e9cent concept, le NumeroSix s\u2019inscrit dans la lign\u00e9e des restaurants tendances du Triangle d\u2019Or. Le cadre est exceptionnel, les produits sont de qualit\u00e9. Dans l\u2019assiette, les saveurs se bousculent pour un rendu tout \u00e0 fait innovateur\u2026 Vous d\u00e9gusterez une cuisine Europ\u00e9enne avec des saveurs asiatiques. Nous sommes aussi en cours d\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019un restaurant de poissons et de fruits de mer \u00e0 Zaitunay Bay, l\u2019ouverture est pr\u00e9vue pour d\u00e9cembre 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quels genres d\u2019obstacles avez-vous rencontr\u00e9s en r\u00e9alisant ces projets?<\/em><\/strong> L\u2019ouverture de nouveaux concepts est toujours difficile et exige du travail et du d\u00e9vouement. Gagner de nouveaux clients est facile mais les transformer en fid\u00e8les, c\u2019est le vrai d\u00e9fi.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Estimez-vous avoir apport\u00e9 un nouveau concept dans ce domaine?<\/em><\/strong> Oui \u00e9videmment. Si on observe l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l\u2019ouverture d\u2019Em Sherif par exemple, on remarque l\u2019\u00e9mergence de plusieurs restaurants similaires qui ont tent\u00e9 de reconstituer le m\u00eame concept. Nous avons toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 suivre pour certains et franchement je trouve ceci tr\u00e8s flatteur!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Comment r\u00e9ussissez-vous \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ces diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tablissements?<\/em><\/strong> Avec l\u2019aide de mon fr\u00e8re, Dany Chaccour, le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de SGR &#8211; Offshore. Il supervise l\u2019activit\u00e9 de franchise de tous les concepts au Liban. Outre le volet commercial de l\u2019entreprise, il supervise \u00e9galement l\u2019ouverture et la gestion r\u00e9ussie de tous les restaurants franchis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quelle est la recette du succ\u00e8s, aux yeux de Mireille Hayek?<\/em><\/strong> L\u2019amour, le plaisir et surtout la passion. Je trouve que l\u2019ingr\u00e9dient principal pour tout succ\u00e8s, c\u2019est la passion. Quand on aime, on peut tout surmonter et arriver \u00e0 ses objectifs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le bonheur pour vous, c\u2019est&#8230;<\/em><\/strong> Le bonheur?
