Launch of the International Week of Italian Cuisine

The Italian ambassador, Massimo Marotti, invited the media to a dinner at Gavi restaurant in Downtown, on the occasion of International week of Italian Cuisine in its second edition, that will take place from 20 to 26 November 2017. The refined menu, prepared by chef Paolo Amadori, delighted the eyes and the taste buds of the guests in a dolce vita ambience. Arriving specially for the event, chef Paolo, representing ALMA, the illustrious international school of Italian cuisine, awarded by Unesco, located in the suburb of Parma, had no time to waste. He gave cooking lessons to the professional Lebanese chefs, who received, each one, a precious diploma.
